Introduction: Pulmonary hypertension has been associated with a significant increase in morbidity and mortality. The pulmonary artery diameter measurement from CT scan is routinely used to predict possible evidence of hypertension. However, no data available as reference for the normal range, especially Thai Population. primary purpose this study was determine main (MPA) ascending aorta (AAo) ratio between MPA AAo population. Methods: Patients who met inclusion criteria had chest performed Songklanagarind hospital 1 January 2014 14 July were enrolled. Measurement at level its bifurcation an axial-view contrast-enhanced (venous phase) image done. then calculated. Results: 2395 patients included (male = 1271 patients, female 1124 aged 20-96 years; mean 57 years old). 25.21 mm, 30.78 mm. MPA/ 0.83. sex-specific diameters 25.4 mm men 25.0 women. women 31 30 respectively.Conclusion: obtained scans about These values are easily highly reproducible. Therefore, it may be value healthy
